February Gathering of writers and editors of the Pen Jabs Club at Shakespeare Pub

Linda Meckler, Pauline Hager, John (and or Erica Miner), and LinDee Rochelle lined up for the photo-op at the Shakespeare Pub. Pauline is busy on a reedit of her up and coming novel about a Greek hero in history. LinDee is busy on her book about the early DJs, and Erica's new book "Fourever Friends" is complete. She is ready for book signings in LA and has one scheduled.

LinDee is doing her 32nd DJ interview this day for her book. We should see something between April and July.

Linda has a book signing at the end of the month in Oakland, CA, Feb 27,28,29. Check websites for details.

John's (Me) new book "Of Beryl and Alabaster" is in the proof copy form. A change to the cover and the usual edits will cause a recycle, but soon, it will unleased on the public.

As usual, we had a great time chatting about the world at large, how Kindle bookreaders were going to take over the world, we need to get our author interviews on tape, and the virtues of ordering mashed instead of frys.

We are planning to meet in Old Town next month. It should cut down on the noise and give us more room to spread out.

Joe Naiman couldn't make the meeting, although we moved to Friday to accommodate. The real rub was if we had choosen Thursday, LinDee could have gotten a free Guiness glass - bummer.
