Oct 2009 - the time to reflect on our blessings and play on our strengths. The Pen Jabs met once again to share our writing experience. Enjoy.

Pauline Hager, Jack Wolf, and Linda Meckler lined up for the photo-op at Balboa Park. Our discussion centered on personal projects, taping interviews, and marketing opportunities.

Pauline is still in a heroic effort writing about a Greek hero and his heroic efforts. Linda has a new book about fighting medical insurance woes. Jack and Linda got together to build a new book cover in Photoshop. Jack is into making TV movies.

We had a great time talking about everything under the sun and the sun felt great too. It was a beautiful day to be in the park.

I rattled on about the SD Library honoring local authors. Time to get the books in. Mary Quigley has many events going. Best to get connected with her schedule. The SD County Library is fired up over local authors as well. All very fitting since Jack is now in the middle of producing a 30 minute film series for public access TV called The Writers Loft. The pilot episode is shot and the editing is close to being complete.

Wow, what a month.
