Responses for ~ Pauline Hager's Story |
Pauline, despite the embarrassing stares you recieved at the Jananese ryokan,
you certainly have captured rich memories of those experiences by sharing them with your readers.
Yes, each culture has its own traditions and customs, and how much we can grow through exposure to
those outside our normal comfort zone.
Thank you for bringing us into that world and for sharing it with us for a moment in time.

Pauline!
I was so pleased to finally see your excerpt here on the Fox and Quill! You did a wonderful job of taking
us on a visit to Japan with you and Randy. I got a good laugh at your describing \'breakfast\' with the
kimonos and the fish! Bless your heart!
The power of words to afford us a journey anywhere we desire to be is incredible, and you\'ve provided
an excellent and easy riding vehicle here! I really enjoyed it and eagerly await the novel!
Thank you, too, for all your kind words regarding my work. I so appreciate it.

Domo Arigato,
We share a common experience with Japan and have talked about at length. Every time I hear another
store about that place, it brings back more memories for me. It's such a strange place, yet was
wonderful to be part of for a while. I can live without Sumo wrestling though...
