Richard I just went through the same agony with my book cover and title. The publisher did not like the cover Jack Wolf and I created for my book. Fight Your Medical Insurance Nightmares. But now it is finally finished and I love it. The title took forever and was actually 3 different titles before I landed on this one. We came back to nearly what we sent in first.
