Responses for ~ Jim Kelly's Story
"Shortest Player, Tallest Kid"

Love your work, Jim!

Excellent, as usual. Is there anything you CAN'T write a poem about? Probably not. The parking meter poem is a another good example of your versatility. Look forward to reading more, and more, and more of your work.

Hi Jim,

This whole piece is wonderful, but I was intrigued by the Tea bag poem. I could write a book about the essence of that poem.

Jim,

How wonderful to see you in the Wolf Den. :) I'll state publically, what the FWA group is used to hearing. Mr. Kelly is the absolute master of imagery. As one who loves metaphor myself, I assure you, his talents are enviable. Now, here, for the first time I am gifted to see Jim weave his words into a bit of prose. And, touching prose, at that.

If anyone doubts the power possible in poetry, they haven't read your work yet.
