Responses for ~ Joe's Review |
Hi Joe,
I liked your piece. It sounds somewhat like a resume or a documentary, but all very interesting. Maybe the pay would have been better following juicy court cases in town and writing about that. The science articles sound like a highly focused audience (no optical pun intended). I can't imagine the point of view of the trade writer. All my writing is straight out of my imagination. If I wrote for trades, I'm afraid I would tend to exaggerate the theme and probably get sued.

Hello Joe,
Thank you for a little extra directed inspiration. I have been telling my husband and friends that after my second book gets published, I would like to concentrate on writing articles, but I don't want to be writing just for the glory of seeing my name in a by-line. I had never thought much about trade publications, but now I cetrtainly will.
You are based in San Diego. Perhaps you know my dear friend, Patty Kovacs, host of the Health and Beauty Revolution Show (WSRAdio.com). She interviewed me sometime after my first book was published, and somehow as a result of that interview, we have become dear friends and have collaborated on a number of writing projects. Yes, friendships can bloom on the internet.
continued good luck to you.
