Nice, John.
This is quite an honor. Nobody has ever "sequelled" anything of mine. You
got Micki's voice dead on, and the story unfolds just as I wouldashouldacouldamightahaddaoughta
written it. Who knows, maybe The Great American Novel will have two author's
names on it!
