Marma Shakti by Phyllis-Terri Gold

Marma, in its totality, is a branch of Ayurvedic (ancient eastern Indian) treatment, originating some 5,000 years ago that opens up subtle energy channels inside the body, bringing clarity and renewed energy. It is a process and a therapy that works with 108 subtle and sensitive energy points to open energy-channels in the body to release physical and emotional blockages.
The branch of Marma that employs ancient eastern Laws of Attraction to create what we want in life is termed Marma Shakti.
Why don't people achieve what they want in life? Many reasons. Let us take one universal one that causes people to sabotage their best efforts. The subconscious mind. The conscious "you" wants to achieve a goal in life, and you are even working hard to achieve it. But the subconscious you, often unbeknownst to you, is shouting, "Whatever 'You' do, I'm not going to let you achieve this because...you don't deserve it...you're too afraid to have it...etc. etc, etc." So you knock your head against the wall to achieve your goals, but somehow cancel yourself out ... or circumstances of life cancel you out. Thus, you don't achieve your goals. The result is weariness, confusion, and often just a giving up. Marma shakti helps to remove those subconscious obstructions thus one's dreams are more readily materialized.
