Brain Cleaning I said brain cleaning not drain cleaning. Big difference or is it. For some people their brain acts like a sewer. How do you clean your brain? Let’s see when you clean anything you usually start with soap and water or some kind of cleaning product. But let me think how would you clean your mind? That would be a problem. The outside of your brain is covered by skin and hair and if you used soap and water it wouldn’t get inside the head and directly into the brain. Let’s see what else can I do? I could try drinking olive oil that would certainly clean out the bottom part of my body but I don’t think it would touch my brain. I could try submerging my brain in water and hope the water would leak in through the ear canals and then I would have a clean brain. I could try running a hose into one ear so the water would run out the other and then my brain would be clean. No I think my ears would be clean not my brain. No I don’t think that would work either. Maybe try meditation. Just sit on the floor with my legs folded. Clear my brain of thoughts and sink into a world of nothing. Yes I believe that would clean my brain. What do you think? But, maybe a better idea is to write articles for ezines and open my mind to broader horizons. I took a class on self publishing and marketing. The ideas that I brought home with me that evening were simple. If you have anything to sell and you want to get the information known to the masses write articles. I started writing articles for http://www.ezinearticles.com and I have been writing them ever since. There are other websites that you can write articles on but I haven't gotten to them yet. Since that time I have been to several more marketing meetings and article writing has been mentioned at all of them.
I have been asked this question many times. Why do I write free articles?

Now that I have written 250+ articles the next question is what I was going to do with all of them? I still want to achieve dictating my articles and books onto audio CD’s. I want to make some videos for you tube with my new flip video camera. I want to get on more radio and possibly television shows to really get the word out about my new book. Fight your Medical Insurance Nightmares which actually came out of two e books that I combined, changed the name and did a rewrite. I have found out recently by listening to phone conferences by some big names that selling your book is not enough. It is your foot in the door to doing other things, like doing, seminars, workshops, teach a class on your book subject. So I better get busy. You can now start your goal list. Now I have a clean mind. The brain is free to pursue all sorts of new things. Ideas come quickly as I am ready to face new chanllenges. All of this makes the idea of marketing one's books easier.
I feel drained, but somehow cleaner... John Wolf |
